You agree to notify jl9jl9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jl9jl9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. jl9jl9 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl9jl9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. jl9jl9 reserves the right to modify minimum transaction limits with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

5.1 General. jl9jl9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jl9jl9 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Modification of Promotions. jl9jl9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the modification.
5.5 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new Players only, on their first deposit. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. jl9jl9 reserves the right to determine eligibility for the welcome bonus at its sole discretion.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 10.3 Cap on Liability. jl9jl9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. jl9jl9 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
